1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories, certificates, and invoices.

Note: Rudraksha, gemstones, yantras, pooja items, and customized astrological reports cannot be returned once delivered due to their spiritual/energized nature.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable & non-returnable:

  • Energized products (Rudraksha, Yantra, Kavach, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made services (Astrological Reports, Kundali, Remedies).
  • Digital products (e-books, PDFs, online courses).
  • Appointment/Consultation fees (Telephonic or In-person).

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers must send the product back using a reliable courier service.
  • Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • Once the product is shipped or energized, cancellation is not possible.
